What Does It Really Mean?
Your original purchase price becomes a lifetime credit toward the care of your piece. Whether you need a one-time repair, replacement, or resizing, you’re covered — up to the full value you paid at the time of your order. It’s like having a built-in safety net just for you.
This warranty applies to each piece individually, and once we’ve repaired or replaced it once (or reached its original value in services), that coverage is fulfilled.
What’s Included?

Silver items: One complimentary resizing

Gold or platinum items: Subject to gold market rate at time of service

✅ Stone Replacement (if your stone falls out and everything is returned)

We need all original materials back, including any detached stones or mountings.

If a stone is missing and not returned, additional costs may apply.

✅ Repairs from Normal Wear

Prong tightening, minor chain repairs, clasp fixes, and similar maintenance covered — as long as it's not from misuse.

✅ Free Re-Make (Once)

If your piece can’t be repaired, we’ll remake it once — up to the value of your original purchase.

The Rules — Because We Have To Have Them
Our warranty is generous — but not a free-for-all. We’ve put a few basic rules in place to keep it fair, sustainable, and focused on genuine needs:

Original Owner Only

Warranty applies only to the original customer in our system. It's not transferable.

No Third-Party Alterations

Any modifications done by jewelers outside of Gallery Gems void this warranty.

You Must Return the Original Item

No exchanges, repairs, or replacements will be honored unless the original item (or all of its parts) is returned.

Shipping Damage

Damage caused during shipping is not covered by our warranty.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for the value of your piece if you're sending it in for service.

Acts of God

Natural disasters (e.g. floods, fires, earthquakes) are outside of our control and not covered.

Fair Use

You don’t get unlimited replacements. We’ll honor your warranty once per item, up to the value of what you paid. After that, additional services may be billed.
