1. DIRECT SOURCING — NATURAL & LAB
We go straight to the source, working directly with mining regions like Colombia, Sri Lanka, and Zambia as well as advanced lab environments we help operate, allowing us to hand-select gemstones with full control over quality, origin, and overall character. Whether it’s a 7ct emerald or a precision-cut lab-grown diamond, each stone is chosen with intention and transparency, because the only way to truly trust a gemstone is to control where it comes from.
2. IN-HOUSE GEMSTONE INSPECTION
Every gemstone is inspected before it ever touches a setting, ensuring it meets the standards required for the final piece while aligning with the design it’s meant for. Our team verifies identity, evaluates quality, and confirms that each stone is ready to move forward, because this step exists for one reason: confidence, and if a stone doesn’t meet expectations, it doesn’t get used.
3. PRECISION CUTTING & TREATMENT
We don’t rely on off-the-shelf stones, and each gemstone is prepared with performance, durability, and visual balance in mind so it fits seamlessly into the final design. When treatments are used, they are handled through trusted, controlled environments, with every decision focused on ensuring the stone looks right, performs well, and belongs exactly where it’s placed.
4. CUSTOM DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Every piece begins with a design created specifically for that order, where proportions, stone layout, and structure are carefully considered before anything is made. This ensures the final piece feels intentional, balanced, and properly built from the start, without relying on templates or shortcuts.
5. CASTING IN SOLID METAL
Your jewelry is cast from scratch in real metal, including solid sterling silver, gold, or other precious metal options depending on the design, creating the foundation that gives the piece its structure, durability, and presence. It is the moment the design begins turning into a real piece of jewelry you can wear.
6. HAND SETTING BY SKILLED JEWELERS
Once the metal is ready, the stones are set by skilled jewelers who carefully place each one to ensure it sits correctly, securely, and in proper alignment with the design. This is where the piece truly comes to life and starts to reflect the intention behind every earlier step.
7. POLISHING & FINISHING
After setting, the piece is polished and refined so surfaces are smooth, shine is brought out, and every detail feels complete and intentional. By this stage, the design has fully transformed into a finished piece with real presence and wearability.
8. FINAL QUALITY CONTROL
Before any piece ships, it goes through final inspection where stone security, finish, balance, and overall craftsmanship are carefully checked to ensure everything meets the standard it should. Nothing moves forward unless it’s fully ready to be worn and experienced.
9. PACKAGING & DELIVERY
Once approved, your jewelry is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment, ensuring it arrives securely and ready to be worn, gifted, or experienced exactly as intended. From sourcing to final delivery, every step is part of a process designed to create something worth the wait.
