That’s why we offer a generous and structured 180-Day Return Policy — not as a fallback, but as a reflection of our confidence in what we deliver, and our commitment to you.


Why 180 Days?

Let’s be real — most people know the moment they open the box.

If your piece isn’t what you envisioned, you’ll feel it instantly. That first impression matters, and that’s what our return policy is really about: giving you the space to say, “this isn’t quite me” — no guilt, no pressure.

The 180-day window exists not for wear-and-decide shoppers, but to accommodate life. Maybe your order was a gift, stashed away until a birthday, engagement, or milestone moment. Maybe you didn’t unwrap it right away. We understand. And we build in that flexibility for those rare exceptions.

But once the jewelry has been worn, altered, or loved into your routine — it’s yours. From that point forward, our (Lifetime Warranty) takes over to protect your piece, not the return policy.


Return Rules — Elegant, Not Excessive

We keep it simple, structured, and fair:

    • Jewelry must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged

    • Returned in original packaging, including boxes, certificates, tags, and extras

    • No signs of wear — scratches, scuffs, resizing, or stretching

    • Return request must be initiated through your customer account

    • Custom, altered, or engraved pieces are final sale

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

If a return doesn’t meet these requirements, it will be promptly sent back to you — with clear communication every step of the way.


How to Start a Return

    1. Log in to your Gallery Gems account
    2. Go to Orders
    3. Click “Return Items” next to your order
    4. Wait for your Return Authorization Email
    5. Repack the item in its original materials
    6. Ship it back using the return instructions provided
    7. Receive your refund or store credit within 5–7 business days once approved

If something happens after you’ve worn your piece — a stone loosens, a prong shifts, or the structure needs care — that’s not a return. That’s where our (Lifetime Warranty) comes in.

We cover manufacturing issues and ensure your Gallery Gems piece remains perfect for life. Your jewelry deserves to be worn, adored, and protected — and we’re here to do exactly that.


A Note on Cancellations & Rejected Returns

Once your order is placed, our team begins the magic. Cancellations are not possible after this point — but if something needs adjusting, reach out within 24 hours and we’ll do everything we can to help.

If an item is returned without authorization or doesn’t meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you, no refund issued. But you’ll always know exactly what’s happening — transparency is key.
