At Gallery Gems, we offer a 180-day return window from the date of delivery for all qualifying items.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unaltered, in original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and materials

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-designed or made-to-order jewelry

  • Engraved or personalized items

  • Items modified after purchase


Refunds & Fees

  • Full refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • No restocking fees are charged

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Returns should be shipped using a trackable and insured service

Warranty

If your item has been worn or experiences a manufacturing issue, it may be covered under our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.

You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may have already begun.
