You’ve got 180 days — not because we expect you to need them, but because life happens.
Gift timing. Proposal plans. Delayed unboxings. We get it.

But here’s the truth: if you wore it, resized it, stretched it, scratched it, or made it yours?
It’s yours. That’s what our Lifetime Warranty is for.

Return Rules — Straight, Solid, and Final

We keep it clean. Follow these and you're good:

  • Piece must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged

  • Original box, tags, paperwork, and extras must be included

  • Custom, engraved, or modified pieces = final sale

  • All return requests must go through your Gallery Gems account

  • Return shipping is on you

Break those rules? It comes back to you. Period.

How to Start Your Return (The Right Way)

  1. Log in to your Gallery Gems account

  2. Click Return Items next to your order

  3. Wait for your official Return Authorization Email

  4. Repack your piece with all original packaging

  5. Ship it back using the return instructions we send

  6. Once approved, expect a refund or store credit in 5–7 business days
