Product Description
The Bolivian ametrine is emerald cut to emphasize its natural bi-color zoning, allowing bands of purple and golden-orange to read cleanly through the length of the stone. The elongated shape gives the color direction and presence, creating a strong visual anchor without relying on excessive size or sparkle.
Flanking the center stone, Ethiopian opal cabochons introduce a softer counterpoint. Their white body tone and shifting flashes of color add movement and lightness, preventing the design from feeling heavy. Small amethyst accents echo the purple tones within the ametrine, subtly reinforcing the color relationship rather than competing with it.
The setting is crafted in solid 925 sterling silver and finished in a combination of bright white rhodium plating and 18k yellow gold vermeil. Warm gold accents trace select details around the gemstones, adding definition and richness, while the rhodium-finished silver keeps the structure crisp and balanced. The result is a ring that feels layered and expressive without becoming visually cluttered.
Please note: Ametrine is a natural quartz displaying both amethyst and citrine coloration within the same gem. The division, blend, and intensity of these colors vary naturally from stone to stone, making each piece uniquely beautiful. We photograph every gem carefully to represent its individual color split and overall appearance as accurately as possible, though lighting and screen settings may subtly affect how the colors appear. Each Ametrine is hand-selected to ensure an attractive balance of color, clarity, and quality consistent with the beauty shown.
