Product Description
This Ethiopian opal pendant features a layered floral design built around a central oval cabochon opal with vivid play-of-color. Flashes of green, orange, and yellow shift across the surface, giving the piece a lively, constantly changing look.
Surrounding the opal, alternating sections of chrome diopside and amethyst form a structured floral pattern. The deep green diopside adds contrast, while the amethyst introduces a rich purple tone that balances the overall color palette. Black rhodium is used around the accent stones to separate each section, helping define the shape and keep the colors distinct.
The pendant is finished in 18K yellow gold vermeil over sterling silver, giving it a warm, polished tone that complements the opal and surrounding gemstones. The bail is clean and integrated into the design, allowing the pendant to sit naturally when worn.
The overall look is bold in color with a clearly defined floral form, making it an easy focal piece without feeling oversized.
Please note: Opal’s play-of-color may appear differently in photos depending on lighting and angle. Each stone’s color display is unique.
