The story of the design
This Montana sapphire ring features an oval center stone surrounded by a clean halo of moissanite, creating a balanced mix of color and brightness. The sapphire shows a green-blue tone with natural variation, giving the center a more organic, shifting look.
Along the sides, smaller round sapphires extend the design with a subtle flow, leading into detailed metalwork shaped into leaf and vine elements. These nature-inspired details add texture and movement without overpowering the center, giving the ring a more dimensional, finished look from every angle.
The moissanite halo adds a consistent line of sparkle around the center stone, helping define its shape and bring contrast against the deeper tones of the sapphires.
Finished in 18K yellow gold vermeil over sterling silver, the setting carries a warm tone that pairs well with the sapphire colors. Rhodium is used at the moissanite prongs to keep the brighter stones crisp and defined.
The design combines a classic halo structure with natural detailing along the sides, creating a piece that feels both clean and detailed at the same time.
