The story of the design
This Zambian emerald ring is centered on an oval stone with a rich green color, creating a strong and vibrant focal point. The emerald sits prominently within a layered halo, giving the design depth and clear structure.
A double halo surrounds the center, built in two distinct layers. Yellow lab-grown diamonds form the inner halo, adding warmth and creating a smooth transition from the green center. The outer halo is set with white lab-grown diamonds, introducing brightness that sharpens the overall outline and enhances contrast.
The combination of yellow and white diamonds creates a defined separation between the center and the outer edge, giving the ring a balanced, dimensional look.
Crafted in solid 10K yellow gold, the setting adds warmth that complements both the emerald and the yellow diamond layer. White rhodium is applied to the prong tips holding the white diamonds, keeping those stones crisp and visually distinct.
The band is smooth and slightly tapered, maintaining a clean profile while supporting the layered halo design.
The result is a ring built around color contrast and structure, combining a vivid green center with a two-tone diamond halo.
Please note: Emeralds are classified as Type III gemstones, meaning natural inclusions—often called “jardin” (French for “garden”)—are common and expected. These internal features are part of what makes each emerald unique and are embraced as a hallmark of authenticity. Most fine emeralds, including ours, are gently oiled to enhance clarity and preserve beauty—an industry-standard, time-honored practice.
